I have a question. I did my leopard nails today, and my topcoat smudges the polish even after itss dry. Does it matter what brand of polishes or top coat I use?

Replacements for dotting tool: Toothpick, q-tip (the end should be cut off), or a flossing stick.

Just did this design with a silver base and black/red spots, it came out flawlessly. I used a bobby pin rather than a dotting tool, and this is actually surprisingly easy (even with my non-dominant hand!). I was fully prepared to have them turn out a mess, but was very happily surprised!
