  • I miss Bergkamp, Henry, Pires, Vieira, Seamann... They are true legends!

  • the best assistant in the history of story anyones as he

  • One sublime moment sums this video up: 3:13 -3:30 ish. The pass is so deliciously exquisite that everyone runs to congratulate him and not the scorer (Viera).

  • that move on 2:22 is better than what Messi has shown against Arsenal recently

  • After Tuesday at Nou Camp and earlier in S Africa I as a Rotterdammer unfortunately have to admit that Van Persie is not in the same league as Bergkamp -who is from Amsterdam (Ajax and all that) which makes it a bit painful...

  • henry confirmed it! henry: bergkamp is the best player i ever worked with! hmm he worked with zidane also ? that just proves bergkamp was the better player!

  • The brilliance about all these passes is that they are all fast enough so that the defender doesn´t catch up with the attacker, but slow enough for the attacker to make the perfect decision... every pass with so much feeling and played on shear instinct. This makes football even attractive to watch than a perfect finish. A true artist.

  • definitely the best man arsenal ever had..

  • He is the heart of arsenal like xavi for barca..

  • His vision is unparalleled. He was always 3 steps ahead of every single player on the pitch. A true footballing mind.

  • genius

  • Or the other one of viera, the tipp in, I bet Dennis knew his shoe size because one centimeter smaller feet and he couldn't have scored it...

I can watch this vid all day and night!! Perfect skills, perfect music! Tnx for the post bro!

  • Most beautiful thing about it is that he gives a pass and the attackers can't do anything but score! Look at the assist on Ljungberg (my personal favorit) against juve, he gives the ball with a bounce so Ljungberg lobs. Or the one Viera against (i think) chealsea, give the ball in the run keeper comes out and Viera just has to touch it and he's pas the goalie. Fav player all times

  • Dennis Bergkamp. The legend. It wouldnt be fair to call him a human being, his skills defied the rules of logic.A true Arsenal legend.Hats off.Had it not been for his fear of flying,he would have been in the same bracket of Pele and Maradona,or need I say even better than them

  • @jagadeesh007 - yeah - we can only imagine what he would have accomplished if he didn't fear flying... guess it's the same with Ronaldo and his blown knees..

  • One Assist That Stands Out To Me Is The One Against Aston Villa In The 2004/05 Season Away... Just Ridiculous How Gifted This Guy Was!

  • Thank you for this upload, being half dutch i grew up watching the dutch players, and having them as my idol. Many are among my favourit, one stands out during my childhood growing up, his name is Dennis" Bergkamp"

So elegant, so classy in his fotboll. I miss this kind of elegance now that players like him and zidane are not around to show us what fotboll is all about.

  • Thanks for this video. All too few people realize that Dennis wasnt just the most gifted, but also the greatest teamplayer ever

    I miss him still...

  • the perfect player

  • The song is really............ well not even a song xD, its tune(not even catchy) with 1 phrase in it. But anyway Bergkamp FOR EVER!!!

  • how FKN GOOD is the juve one at like 2:15

  • whats name of song ?

  • @napicol123 telepopmusik - Breathe... but its some remix

  • CLASS.

  • would wenger had bought bergkamp mabe he wouldnt because of the price but wenger its not your money its the fans who pay so much for tickets

  • name of the second song please????!??!?

  • @aceyjh telepopmusik- breathe

  • THE LEGEND THAT IS DENNIS BERGKAMP. please please please succeed Wenger as Arsenal Manager

  • amazing the best the best the best dennis bergkamp 10 !

  • p.s. I post his on a video to his assists, because i feel that this marks the player Bergkamp was; a amazing teamplayer who used his skills for the team. Players such as Henry should have made a statue for him.

In Van Persie you also can see the touch of the master..... enjoy!!!

  • As an Ajax fan and Dutchmen i truly have to say that Bergkamp easily, but i do mean easily fits in the category of Cruyff and Van Basten. It is so embarrassing that he never got the recognition he deserved.

    Bergkamp sorry!!

  • i m morrocan and i watch dennis since i had 6 years old bergkamp is the best i v never seen i player like him he deserve at least 4 time best player in the world of the year

  • We will never see another player like him, watching this just had me shaking my head in disbelief.

To see things as quickly as he saw them, and then to put the ball where not one player thought he would put it, all in the blink of an eye.

Probably the most cerebral player ever, always looking, always thinking, had a picture in his head of where everyone would be, this guy could tell the future on the pitch.

  • @8lackfoot ahem...xavi, xabi alonso, van der vart? theres quite a few just as good or better than bergkamp. dont get me wrong bergkamp was good but you are putting him on a pedestal of the likes of Zidane which is ludicrous.

  • @hyphyhour - van der vart and xabi alonso as good as Bergkamp??? when did you start watching football??

  • @Amidat His comment said "we will never see another player like him"

When did you learn how to read?

  • @hyphyhour - i'm not talking about what he said....i'm addressing what YOU said... but never mind

  • @hyphyhour .lol xabi alonso?van der vart?you absolute retard, zidane?lol he iwshes he had bergkamps first touch.

  • @987costa so you are saying that bergkamp is better than zidane? hahaha Bergkamp hasnt even won World Player of the year.

those examples were bad, with the exception of xavi which i have no problems saying he is better than bergkamp. he deserved the Ballon d'Or this year.

now thinking it through, i would say sneijder, ronaldinho(past), kaka(at Milan), Gerrard(a little iffy) and fabregas has the potential(he's not going to win anything at arsenal)

  • @hyphyhour - Zidane (and Ronaldhino at his peak) was better than Bergkamp yes... but none of the other players you named... I love to watch Xavi play...but he is not either. Bergkamp went from a pure striker who led the Dutch league 3 years in a row which is a feat only done by Marco Van Basten and Romario!!! Even his so caled "failed" time at Inter... he still scored beautiful goals. He then went to a "support striker" and then to a playmaker.... not many players in history can do that.

  • @hyphyhour

as a whole maybe not, but i'd take him over Zidane any day. Bergkamp has a better shot, better vision, better passing, his 1st touch was almost as brilliant. trophies don't mean much. Zidane got most of his for playing great in 10 games during a whole season. why? cos it was at big international tournaments. how many times he was chosen as a best player of the season in the league? ONLY once. way overrated.

  • The Pass at 3:08 is so good if you see it from behind, Bergkamp changes his body shape to curl the pass around Makelele pure class.

  • totally missed the invincibles.

to watch henry bergkamp pires vieria ljungberg cole lauren taking teams apart makes my weekend enjoyable every week.

  • 2:24 pure genius!!!!!!

  • Best player I've ever seen

    Brilliant, Incredeble, Fantastic, Beatifull

  • he is god.

  • Robert Pirès wasn't that bad of a passer neither.

RVP has that in his game too, but he's more goal orientated.

  • He has the best through pass i've ever seen, cuts through defenses like butter.

  • His assist are sometimes better than goals.

He sees the play running in his mind and give the pass.

Helps when you have a trackrunner like Thierry working for ya. ARSENAL FC.

  • Never gets old.

  • im not an arsenal fan but you have to say bergkamp (genius) and viera were the backbone of the arsenal midfield during the invisibles run 49 games undefeated they were on top of th world

  • Bergkamp was a striker you tool

  • @miz97, on paper yes he was a striker but after he hit 30, he started dropping deeper and deeper. Sometimes he would play right in the centre of midfield, picking the ball up and spraying it forward. Obviously he didn't tackle or defend like a midfielder but he played a very deep role.

  • and it didn't hurt havin a certain thierry henry up front as well lol

  • good player, great technique but not for italian football

  • Comment removed

  • that not about arrogance

    thats about playin football bro

  • I miss those days...

  • No better exponent of threading the eye of the needle

  • if i ever get a son his name wil be Dennis.. or if a girl Denise...!

    my all time fav player!

  • There has never been a greater creator that Bergkamp......I think not, that's why they called him "God".

He could just unravel a defense like no other.

That's what sets him apart from the other "legends" of the game. Others were more prolific goalscorers, but there has never been another striker/attacking midfielder that pulled the strings like the Maestro. He just made everyone around him better.... just make a run and a perfectly weighted pass falls at your feet.....

    Masterclass!!!!

  • Look at the faces of the Celta defenders. Oops we didnt expect that!!! I love this goal more than the newcastle one. Its briliant.

  • THIS MAN IS A TRUE LEGEND!!!

One of the best players Holland has produced!

  • <3 it !!!

  • don't ever delete this video... it's incredible... :)

  • Beatiful, cant say anything else. Dennis is my hero.

  • his vision cannot be topped

    football's best playmaker to date

  • why does he have to be so cool

  • one of the best players the world has ever see

    thanks from france

  • this is why i have his flag up in my bedroom!

  • his countrymen nistelrooy and hasselbaink scored way more goals though

  • so? he created more goals was more of an overall help to the team he wasnt a wait in the box then tap it in more creative then Nistelroy and Hasselbaink combined times 3

  • they didnt make assists like him, didnt start movements like hime, didnt score goals as good as him, didnt make every1 else around look much better etc etc etc..

  • @jigglyfidda125 - do you mean for club or country? the only Dutch player that scored more than him for the national team is Kluivert I believe.....and that's only because Dennis was afraid of flying!!

  • rigerdaby - I have a current Arsenal jersey and I had it customized with the name BERGKAMP on the back. I patterned my own playing style after his.

  • that's great. I am surprise to see many people consider bergkamp as their sports hero like myself. bergkamp is my greatest sports star to me though there are many great dominant sports stars.

  • ROBERT PIRES HOW MANY GOALS ! ! !

  • you can park your bus there, he can still find the needle hole for a goal assist killing pass...what pair of eyes this player has, incredible.

  • man united fan here, but i have to say he is a genius, the one where he turned the newcastle defender and ran past him is sheer quality

  • One of the sickest players ever!

  • that arsenal team was the best ive seen in my life. it was a pity they couldnt win the european cup

  • high quality ^^ both the video and player

  • the Arsenal with Bergkamp, Henry, Vieira, Pires, Campbell etc. was one of the best teams ever! Bergkamp maestro

  • fuk u

  • love him

  • great vid, love the killer pass against bolton

  • ini lol what song is this?

  • What song is this?

  • Just googled the lyrics. It's:

    Telepopmusik - Breathe

  • Passes so that allow even the likes of PV4 to score. Long live DB10!

  • Also: the assist for Ljungberg against Juve is one of the most sublime pieces of trickery I've seen.

  • the reason i play football is for moments like that

  • Watchin Spain v Russia today. Tied nil - nil. The tournament's tip scorer, Villa, goes off. Cesc come on. Sets up two goals that could have been scripted by the Dutch Master himself. Long live the Iceman!!

  • "Intelligence and class. Class is of course, most of the time linked to what you can do with the ball, but the intelligence makes you use the technique in an efficient way. What he does, there's always a head and always a brain. And his technique allows him to do what he sees, and what he decides to do."

  • The through ball at 3:35 is amazing. Good video!

  • Legend passing

  • great vid man, and a great song too whats the name of it?

  • why fly if u can walk on water bergkamp the player no one hate! bergkamp the master of football if u want to learn how to play just watch him! i miss ur days :(

  • Love the Music

  • Love the Music

  • Great to see some new stuff from him!

  • 一個字:勁!

  • those passes were so perfect

  • He brings everyone into the game with his vision and passing.

  • Gunners Legend

  • thats why henry lose his goal sense, bcause he lose bergkamp

the one n the only the masterclass

  • @amamaali - you do have a point. Henry said that it was a dream for a striker to play alongside Bergkamp and that he was the best partner he had.

  • My favourite player.

  • Well made dude. What program did you used to make videos?

  • Good Vid he will always be my fav player Best First Touch in the game ever and great Awareness

  • "He is a dream for a striker. The way he can kill a team with one pass, is just amazing."

  • whats the song in the background

  • the song´s name is: telepopmusik-breathe;

I don´t speek english very weel, but Dennis was magic, a great player the same nivel of Henry.

  • Wow!!! I always knew that Bergkamp was good for his goals but after watching this I look at him as a whole new player. Now he seems even better of a player to me. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT.

  • Loverly my friend, just loverly. We needed something like this to add to Bergkamp's greatness. Merci, merci! :-)

  • indeed

  • Complimenti! veramente bello, come si chiama questa canzone? grazie.

  • Non so.

  • the song´s name is: telepopmusik-breathe

  • when i see Bergkamp i hoped he never grow up ever

    Bergkamp thanks for the memories

  • incredible vision. blessed.

  • thank you db10 for the memories

  • No...

  • brilliant play maker the kind of player that arsenal doesn't has at moment... really clever and magic

  • wots this song?

  • A tear to my eye. Bergkamp is a legend.

  • bergkamp is out of this world. bloody missing him these days as well.

  • Look at Bergkamp at about 2:16.. How did he do that!! That's Pure Genius! He got my respect, although I'm a Manutd fan..

  • I can immitate what ronaldinho do, but I can't immitate what bergkamp do.
