I did everythiing is this video but it still isn't working. There's a bunch a sub-folders like 100, 150, & 200. Instead of a GAME380 folder, I just have one that says GAME, is that a problem? When I go to open it, it's just corrupted data.

Cfw is custom firmware. I don't think you dont you have it if you dont know what it is. You put it in the folder of your firmware version.

in order to get Custom Firmware, yes. first you need the Custom Firmware then download from the link. i got confused too!

It's not illegal to view youtube on your PSP, lol.

All your doing is using an unofficial application to stream flash videos. No crime in that...

Also, installing CFW is no crime. CFW just allows you to store games on your memory card; the advantage being that you save battery power and don't have to wait for long loading times.

It's only a crime if you download games you don't own. :)

BTW - I was on 4.01 M33-2 and I lost PSPtube updating to 5.01 M33-3. It was still in the old GAME4XX folder but the psp wasn't picking it up in the menu.

Sorted it out by changing the GAME 4XX folder to GAME 5XX folder and everything is working again now.

...just in case anyone experienced the same problem. : )

I have an older version of the PSP and Ive tried EVERYTHING and I dont even know what you mean by the game400 or game3.xx folder i only have a folder that says game on it nothing else but everytime i click on it says "the game cannot be played or started or whatever it says than under that is gives me an error code saying (800203) or something like that I just deleted it so I dont recall but it was really driving me crazy so i just quit but if someone could Please help that would be great thanks

Yes, it's necessary to have CFW to install PSPTUBE. To get custom firmware you must have a pandoras battery and a magic memory stick. You can either make them your self, have someone else do it for you, or buy one off a website such as ebay. With CFW you can do alot more with your PSP. With more requests I will make a in depth video on how to make a magic stick and a pandoras. Hope this helps
