i did this and it worked a lot but then one shot into my neighbors yard and it lit on fire and the fire got huge and we had to call the fire department XD
I didn't realy mean what it will help with i ment what side to cut but i took one apart and understood and the vid is good i tried it like 5 times and finally did it after lighting it i had to run one because there ilegal in utah and it almost went in a passing cars window and they drove after us
Tho i didnt have foil around so i just put tape and i didnt have a drill bit so i jut lightly hammered it with a nail that was the same size and taped it with masking so it would leak powder and then stuck the fuse and lit it! Hope i dont get any complains from my neighbor as it landed in there lawn haha!

you peel it and cut off the top to make it lighter so it goes higher. By the way great vid i tried it and it worked!
