You have an incredible bass tone. Are those flatwound or roundwound strings? Normally, I'd be able to tell, but I've been experimenting with different tones and frequencies recently and I've really come to learn that you can pretty much do anything you want with the right knowledge. I have flatwound, but I adore the roundwound applied tone effect. Beautiful. I'm just wondering what you're up to in the bass string dept. Thanks.

Great playing! Fender bass always!!! Stingrays are great, but I believe they were designed by Leo Fender, as well :) I love Gibson,Rickenbacker,and Martin guitars--but when I play bass on stage or in the studio~always Fender! Hofners are cool, too.... :~)

I love fender basses, but look for the one that matches the sound you like. Fender Jazz Bass is great, and if you can afford it Music Man Stingray, and if not OLP.

Go ta a music shop and try, that´s the way to find a bass.
