Rather than cut down on the grow they just "had" to have the extra electricity. Why do you need 100 lbs every 2 months? Getting rid of that would be so hard, if they cut down on the electricity, didn't steal it they would be just fine I bet. Even if they had to ditch half, that's still 50 lbs per 2 months.
