hey this is the answer to which is better definetly jump manuel , BUT HEre s the bad thing about it i would definetley NOT recomend it to teens lik myself cause it will stunt your growth most likely cause ur building up a lot of muscle in your legs and the muscle is gettting in the way of your bone growth and protein shakes are not recomended either. Just stick to NATURAL EXERCIses and some PLYOMETRICS . If u think about it all the boys n the hood they jump all the time tryn to touch rim , ect .

@evanroa I recorded a 41 inch running vertical and I'm only 5 weeks into the 15 week program so hopefully I end at about 45ish which would be beautiful but that's just high hopes, anything in between would have me doin a tomahawk consistently and that's the goal!
@Ikonyami nice haha i like the speech lol... but yea i cant throw it down every time usually ill get off a lob haha but wich program u using? cuz i use the jump manual but sometimes i get lazy lol... right now im only at a 39inch 3 step vert haha ... but ur video was nice tho
@evanroa I use Air Alert 3 and on my rest days do some extra plyometrics or just try and dunk repetitively (and I think those days actually give me the most improvement). Air Alert 3 is actually really good, it definitely, DEFINITELY has improved my vertical, I can see why people hurt their knees and whatnot, but if you know your body and know how to use the right form, you can avoid all that. Along with getting rest. How's the jump manual? How long is it, and does it require weight lifting?
@Ikonyami haha damn keep it up bro keep it up sounds like a great program....yea the jump manual is great and right away like your program it talks about form which is real important... it mainly sticks to explosion .... with one day doin plyo and ur next work out day you will do weight trainin ... but with the weight trainin it uses a unique approach that combines it with speed so even tho your liftin heavy you are still exploding... i honestly think the creater of the jump manual is genuis
