I have heard that by turning aliasing of in games, you can improve framerates alot. And espescially if you have low vram. Im gonna buy a new computer with a graphic card of 1gb ddr5, does anyone know how this will affect when playing 1920x1080 on a 21.5 monitor. Im talking about games like bf3.
well, I actually think that the aliasing doesn't look too bad, and the anti-aliasing takes much longer...I know the video format messes up the anti-aliased version by giving it the equivalent of blurring, so its hard to tell

@dewsplash you like aliased on low youtube quality. When viewed in much higher resolutions it would be completely different - you would see the "pixelation" of the aliased picture.
