but I am getting my blackberry pearl tomorrow.

I have a question about this blackberry map thingy.

Do I have to pay in order to use this map?

Yea you gotta have the internet service in order to use the GPS.

Typical plan is 19.99 for unlimited internet. :D

Nice clip. I was wonderign is it possible to download a map and then save it on the pearl itself via the USB port, so I can access the map program without having the internet/phone connection???

you'll need the internet to access the maps... they're unfortunately not already included on your phone.

yes blackberry curve 8330 has a map preloaded...its great! and GPS nav.
