Hear this folks- I was diagnosed with a rare sleep disorder years ago, which directly effected my sleep capacity. @mason1011 That's great. I listen to Enigma for meditation as well as just being a huge fan in general. I have ADHD practically since I was born and still have it 34 years later. I don't want to take any meds for it(terrible side effects). Enigma really helps me focus and I get a daily dose of it and I've gotten better. Hope you're doing better.

@mason1011 music does indeed deeply affect the soul. in the bible, we are encouraged in psalm 98 to "make a joyful noise unto the lord". even god loves music. there is a line from a poem titled "the mourning bride" by william congreve that says "music hath charms to soothe the savage breast".

music is something that has been with humans since the beginning of time. it's a wonderful thing. enigma's music has touched my heart and soul from the first time i heard "sadeness pt 2"
