Yeah, uhhh Joe Higashi would totally own Sagat. As far as character design and actual moves, even though this is fantasy, Joe Higashi is a little more realistic than Sagat...style wise. He has all the right kicks, punches, plus a clench, teep kick, and elbow elbows. Capcom for some reason seemed to just limit Sagat to punches, kicks, with a few knees. Plus Joe has waaaaay more super moves than Sagat lol
