fake. look when the before the car appears you can see that the video is paused. its at exactly 1:53. watch. the car that is driving will instantly be in a diffrent spot.
dont know if the video is a recording from the tv, but the shadows of siluets of people are seen movving.. that creep me out just more than the video alone
This wasn't faked. But the cops should look for a car with scratch marks all over it. I'll bet that the car went between two fence poles, so none of them were affected. But the fence screen was pushed up as the car drove underneath it, scratching the car as it passed. Then the fence screen fell back down into normal position because of its weight, and by the time the cop turned toward it, it looked normal. We used to climb underneath a fence like this and if the screen isnt secured to the polls

The car does go out of the picture, this could be a BS video. If it is indeed true, then the car must have went around the fence when we did not see the car in the frame, and the cop just happened to drive towards the fence when he turned. Then they ended it, so we can't tell what the cop did after anyways.
