I think the ice was officially broken when Conan asked him if he'd want to do a comedy, and it's like a light went on in Ford's head - "Finally, something I WANT to talk about!" Then he takes a shot at the movie he's there to plug lol, knowing damn well that K-19 is nothing to write home about. I love how "normal" he is considering how long he's been in the business.

It's so sad. Harrison Ford looks pretty young here for his age and in just 6 years in Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, he lost his edge and charm. And I'm not bashing Harrison Ford. I'm a huge fan, but he did not seem like the Indiana Jones we know and love. There are talks of an Indiana Jones 5 called Indiana Jones and the Eternal Cross, so I hope that he recaptures some of that youngness he once had.
