  • I don't see no "Nobody".

  • maybee thats why i like listening to Pink floyd

  • 0:57 lol

  • I felt like I was tripping while watching this classic Sesame clip.

  • This is a remake. The original didn't have kids counting.

  • @zangazoo2007 Sorry, you're wrong. I don't know where you got that idea. This is completely unchanged from the early days of SSt. Trust me, I remember.

  • At least, they left the rubber band face out this time.

  • Limbo, The Organized Mind (1974) - Jim Henson

this movie shows the rig used to make the face at the end!!

  • Sounds to me like this was a kindergarten class, and a very fun one at that!

  • /' vby'?" m

    mk.' .'

  • i remember watching this when i was like 3 (1997) lmao

  • From 1970.

  • I think it's actually from 1974.

  • Gorgeous electronic sounds! It's because of "Sesame Street" and "The Electric Company" that I became interested in sound design! Who's the voice? Peace.

  • Bill "Rosko" Mercer.

  • There were 69 squares, before they turned into just 4! ;-D

  • @ultragor I just counted those squares and came up with 69 as well. Rain Man's Dustin Hoffman's Raymond Babbit would have guessed 69 immediately!

  • Oh, now I remember this! (chuckle)

  • Anyone else strongly reminded of a spirograph? Same general era, early to mid 70s

  • yes, i was thinking the same.

  • @FabHckyBbe, I used to have several spirographs. This totally reminds me of that.

  • @FabHckyBbe I loved Spirograph. Ask the Vermont Country Store to bring it back!

  • 00:59 there are 70 (interesting) pretty deep and powerful

  • I remember both this and the computerized '10' clip. I liked the computer animation and background sounds back then, and like them even more now, because they bring back those memories!

  • that's fucked. can't believe this stuff didn't scare me as a child.

  • Everyone keeps saying this guy's voice sounds like a serial killer or a child molester. I think he just sounds like a baritone black dude.

  • I remember the cout of 10 fim kinna like this.

  • The Twilight Zone goes to kindergarten. The drugs were definitely

    better back then. :-)

  • I remember this creeping me out a bit when I was a kid.

  • Sounds like Paul Frees who voiced KARR in the Knight Rider episode "KITT vs KARR!"

  • "What's the score?"

    "Four!"

    "That's a bore."

  • I know I'm probably way off here, but this guys voice makes me think of Morgan Freeman.. These clips seemed scary to me as a child. Now they're just plain weird!

  • Wow, I remember this one! Very cool!

  • This and #10 are an acid trip waiting to happen.

  • groovy man LOL

  • I like this one the ten one was rather trippy

  • That was scary.

  • his voice is so mellow!

  • This really reminds me a lot of THE ELECTRIC COMPANY with the Scanimate visuals and yes, it is creepy!

  • I REMEMBER THIS ONE. IT IS GOOD.

  • how many is that??? ugh 68

  • anyone have the baker skit of the bnumber 4?

  • All Praze the Scanimate Machine! Very cool animation.

  • Amen, brother! I remember this now! I loved this part! Are any of the other numbers on YouTube? There is currently only one Scanimate system still operational; it's owned by one of the people who helped develop it. I bet I could have some fun if I had one (of course, I have neither the money nor the room for it!) :(

  • This is WAY trippier than all the other SS clips I've seen...

  • I almost didn't recognize this one until the kids started cheering and laughing, especially when they showed those 69 polygons on the screen. That's when it hit home. Like time I saw this skit was when I was 3 or 4. YIPES!

  • Me too! Me too! I wanna see that H skit too! I've already requested that one a few times.

  • wonderfull examples of early computer animation which TEC was quite known for. BTW, anyone have that 1 were luis and the kid were talking about the letter H?

  • Yes, I want that one too. I remember that cool piano background music.

  • Oh my God me too, I was just thinking of that one with the H. The child screams, "HIPPOPOTAMUS!"

  • Still creepy after all these years - I don't know why - I swear there's a sublimal message or something in this one!

  • there is.

There are 69 of those squares.

  • holy crap you're right Ronald! there is 69 squares.. lmao xD

  • I counted 68

  • "Now let's see if you can try, to see how many DOTS go by..." [- the one with 10]

  • Trippy.

  • um...ok i just found a nice little easter egg. i counted the many squares and guess how many there are. 69! HA HA HA HA!! i'm not kidding - count 'em yerself!!!

  • Ah the memories!

  • The music was done by Raymond Scott, the electrical engineer and former bandleader/composer, who invented many synthesizers and also composed a lot of quirky pieces of music that were used in Warner Brothers and Ren & Stimpy cartoons.

  • Who's voice is that?

  • That was funny at the end with tons of squares showing up to count. I've never found either of these type videos scary-they're pretty fun. Man! They did such cool stuff with computers on Sesame Street in the 1980s! :-)

  • This clip is 1970s

  • whew! a little less scary than the 10 one with that dead ghost dude. but the barry white voice still gives me the willies. and those fart-sounding noises in the background?? i like the funny surprise towards the end though.
