Thank you for posting this, I've practiced Xing Yi Quan for 5 years, but only know the Linking Form and the individual element fist. This is great advanced forms from a true master very rare, most chinese muslims dont share secrets.

@nitojo7 5 Element Xingyiquan and Xingyi Lui He Quan are different. Xingyi Lui He does not use the 5 elements as a basis for any of its forms.

@ksipa I know that, These movements are those of Henan style XinYi founded by Grandmaster Ma Xueli. But they do share alot in common.

@nitojo7 Yes I recognize Henan style Xingyi. I started learning it 5yrs ago. My understanding is that 5 Element and 6 Harmony do shared a common foundation of movement skill but do not have that much in common. Henan style has 10 animals, 5 Element 12 animals, 6 harmony does not have the linking fist but animals shapes instead and the qigong for each is every different too form my experience. Just my opinion. :))

@ksipa I read that the founder of Henan style, Grand master Ma Xueli was thought 12 animal forms but the Tai bird and Tou forms are called secret forms. So to keep up with tradition these two forms are not thought to outsiders and regular students. He did on the other hand throw out the basics of 5 elements and the Wu ji and santi standing meditations that are seen in the other two xinyiquan styles.

@nitojo7 Hmmm well. Reading something somewhere is nice. However my experience with both styles of Xingyi are that 5 Element is the younger of the Xingyi styles. Xingyi Lui He Quan does not have the same shapes as 5 Element Xingyi at all. And I am not talking about just the names. I am actually talking about the physics and structure of the shapes.
