Anyways, the point is, my mind is such a busy place now that I'm constantly fidgeting and thinking of random things so fast paced. I notice when I try to clear my mind now and not think, my head starts pounding, I feel a tingling between my eyes, increased heart rate and dizziness, but eventually I become relaxed. Just wondering if that's normal.

@ukrainman20 yes! Absolutely! I totally recognize the feelings that you describe - when you start shifting realities, a lot of the things you used to be attached to no longer make sense - that's part of your evolution process and totally natural

Maybe you are trying to help people. If you are then OK. I don't see what any of this has to do with clearing your mind. That's the title of the video. To clear your mind you need to stop thinking. You are telling people to think of different things and do a lot of physical stuff which has nothing to do with clearing your mind. I know that people who are bipolar(mania) and have racing thoughts can't seem to stop thinking all or some of the time. Running in circles and jumping around wont help.

It does not permanently clear the mind..but when you are overrun by thoughts and you cant handle it and your head starts hurting its good to force yourself into cold water. It can shock your body and put your thoughts into the present. Also water has clean energy which purifies your body. When your body is hot then your thoughts start racing just like boiling water and you get annoyed by the sweat and heat.

Taking a cold shower has some of the same effects when jumping into a lake. Btw, how often do you jump into a lake? Just once a year? Or 4 times a month?

Great advice. Focusing on your breathing while going to sleep is a way to lucid dream as well. You know its working when you feel a tingling sensation throughout your body. Then complete focus on your breathing is necessary and like you said focusing on your crown or the center of your head. Before I ramble further I just want to say how important focusing on your breathing is.
WOW! I loved this exercises, mainly with the word JAYA! Wonderful!!!!!!!! But... this exercise, well... springing in COLD WATER, hmmmmmmm :/ ... I don't think I'm able to do it... but when I'm under the warm water at the shower at home, I really do my shower with a very cold water, short, at the end, no matter if it Summer or Winter, that I can do with no problem. Don't you think it is also OK???
I have recently finished reading The Power of Now by Eckharte Tolle, it has really been a big help in clearing my mind from worry or any other things that I had going over in my head. Also it taught me about the whole 'being consious of your presence' thing. I practise this all the time now and I've realised that in the most demanding situations I now see them as the best oppertunity to practise this consiousness of the mind, since its where it can be used most effectively.
