Minorities are in jail because they congregate to inner cities where education opportunities are poorer meaning more kids grow up to be less productive members of society. They go to jail and their poor kids have no choice but to continue the cycle. You can't just say "oh there are more minorities in jail, there must be racist courts." For a country that markets itself as being the land of the free. We certainly don't have any problems locking up our citizens. And I agree with the racial disparities of America's prison system & our drug policies in that it is clearly racist. All men are created equally on a pig's ass. The problem, the way I see it, is that our justice system has idiotic priorities. Arresting people for smoking pot, and other drug usage, is the main reason for the surge in prison population. If we stopped that stupid policy (and waste of resources), we would find prisons closing down all over. I guess the prison companies and guard unions wouldnt like that.

This is a very well done intro! The material, interviews, facts, etc were spot on! ... my only issue with it though is the glaring over-colorful American flag and the flashing-in-out at the end... I'd vote for having the images be one after another at the climax of the music, then a toned-down logo at the finish. 5 STARS regardless, just my $0.02 ... I can't wait to see the final film when its released! :)
