1) It says Guitar Hero 1 import: That means that he imported the song ONTO Frets on Fire FROM Guitar Hero 1. It's a feature that's included with Frets on Fire.

2) It says Playstation 2 GUITAR: He's using an adapter for the PC which allows him to use a Playstation 2 Guitar Hero controller on his computer. I have one that allows me to use wireless 360 controllers on my PC.
