dude - fan of your's but you have to come to full standing position on your OHS. Example - watch the vid again and look for when you take a "rest" with the weight overhead... that is a properly executed OHS.

actually the way he's doing them is doing more intense, because he's not resting. it's exhausting his muscles more. good job bro.

if you come up to full extension when you are doing them at that tempo, it was WAYYYYYY more difficult
