  • This song does soooo many things for me

  • 21 dislikes? DAMN, you can't be serious! This track is AMAZIN!!!

  • so under-rated.

  • leave lil wayne alone he's dope. i also hope i get hit by a truck tomorrow while the weather's nice.

  • This is...the song.....of life.....KEEP FIGHTING! KEEP PACE!

  • Fantastic rhythm and beats along with a powerful message.. this shits deep

  • Any rapper with a "Lil", "Young", "-eezy", or a name that copies something else or any wack name made by newcomers that conform to the corruptions of this nation don't deserve to become or even be mentioned as a "Rapper"

  • this is the first rap song that gave me goose bumps! wow!

  • 21 people meets an askick:D

  • 21 people were not born for the stars and heaven in fact

  • @BrutalFlare More like demons sent by the Devil to destroy the stability of this world.

  • fresh

  • best song ever!

  • :)

  • perfect to shred powder...oh man, can't wait for next winter.

  • ~who am i if i can't be the person that i was created to be~...wow. that one really got me.

  • pretty amazing... mr. j should be a lot more famous then he is now.

  • @najety17 underground is not about fame. u should've known that

  • Dope!

  • I had this cd years ago why are people so late on this dude

  • @dksexy because sadly you have to work to find good music these days. Someone this amazing should be all over the TV but you have to wade though alot of bullshit to get to talent. For every one Mr. J. Medeiros there's a million Soulja Boys...

  • @Chappell5252 wow that was profound and i agree

  • @dksexy damn, how can i be as cool as u?

  • Who am I If I can't be the person that I was created to be?

    - Mr. J. Medeiros

I'll put this on my wall

  • dope

  • Anyone know of any more underground hip hop artists like Mr J they could recommend?

  • @JessJess600 Braille is pretty sick too.

  • @JessJess600 i know one. but hes raps are in Filipino.

  • One of the sickest songs ever, from the sickest artist ever!!! Good work brother...

  • this song talks about not giving up.... fall down 7 times get up 8.....

  • This song is amazing

  • Best cwalk song ;)

  • @drixcwalk :P

  • two years later and i still cant stop listening to this song.. XD

  • One of my fav songs ever made.

  • So good man. love your style. Stay strong in the Lord

  • dude! i want this song!

  • love his music.

this is all i hear underground rap.

it talks about real shit .

fuck all that techno , hip hop all that shit is lame. they have nothing to talk about.

  • @MarleyJoy8D Now now, Hard Trance is fucking insane. Hip Hop was my first love, but I also dig trance, some types of metal, classic rock, folk, etc.

Still underground hip hop is the best.

You call it rap, I call it hip hop. Hip Hop is what the begins were, Rakim was hip hop, so I think that most underground mcs follow on the path of those kinds of mc's and rap was more commercial as then they started calling it that, it was more commercial.

  • where can i get this beat any one got it would love to remix it hit me up cheers

  • whenever i look up any underground hip hop video like this braille ohmega watts so on so forth theres always a comment about lil wayne being shit sumwhere. keep up good work guys american mainstream idiot rap needs to die with its laguna beach crown

  • How the hell can Justin Bieber get more views then Medeiros ?

  • @dusseful Because of the little girls and boys who look up to him, compared to the minority of people who enjoy rap/underground. ( not to mention Medeiros is more than likely never mentioned )

  • @sokerballer serious questions require serious answers!

  • @dusseful cause this little bastard goes on tv-.- haha

    he's gay

  • real dope

  • procussions hocus pocus - hip hop, check it !!

  • I always wanted to get one of the verses of this song tatted.

  • Tem garra! Curto a montes deste som! :)

  • holy crap..this guy is fucking siick.

  • great uplifting hiphop. thank you for this song it definitely helps me stay strong. your music is right on homie

  • Is this guy a christian?

  • @MrFlorisss95 Yep Mr J is. Love dude.

  • @MrFlorisss95 I'm not sure, he teamed up with xxxchurch to raise awareness about slavery in pornography, but I'm not sure. Primarily, he's a writer, MC, producer, activist and feminist.

  • one word: amazing...

im not sure, but is this song talking about God?

  • @xxmsp91 yess

  • Keep thinking. You're getting warm...

  • @xxmsp91 yeah, this song is about God.

  • @xxmsp91

yes it is! he is a christian and alot of his msgs are from that perspective.

  • @xxmsp91 yes, hes a christian rapper. most all his songs tie into christianity.

  • @Z4N30

Not necessarily labeled a christian-rapper, but a rapper who is influenced by christianity.

  • @xxmsp91 Yes.

  • @xxmsp91 ty captain obvious

  • This song hit home for me. Keep droppin' gems like you've been doing

  • if someone can get me the instrumental for this, i'll suck their dick no homo. this beat is fire.

  • lmaoo no homo?:S

  • loool xD

  • this guy is the defenition of sicc

  • Underground rap is raped by the rap these days.

It speaks with emotions within an problems who live in the person that raps.

its not a song or a rap its just a story we listen to and the story is told and keeps the emotions inside.

The words go in ur ears and Live in ur heart.

    Underground rap for ever.

In stead of talking about their bitches they should be talking about their lives!

thats the line between rap and undergruond.

    Undergroud 4 ever!

  • You're soooo right fella ;)

  • SICK. I think I just became a fan of rap.

  • "Who am I if I can't be the person i'm created to be" Epic

  • It's underground rap.

It has a true message, and just has a soulful and awesome presence and experience.

The rap you hate is probably artists like Lil Wayne and Lil Boosie.

  • @OssuaryRevolution this guy has wrote music for talib kweli and made music with him. He was one of the writers for the soundbombing albums, have you heard of those?

  • @OssuaryRevolution that lil wayne lil boosie shit is rap ..this is hip hop

  • Adore<3

  • jeah!

    great

    5*

  • Dude, why haven't I ever heard of this guy before today O_O

  • u rock ur video goona be My cwalk team intro music =]

  • amazing

  • what does he say between "walk in these killing fields" and "pain that our children feel?"

  • absorbing the pain that our children feel.......he just slurs it a little

  • thanks! i could never quite make it out!

  • Comment removed

  • great beat

  • this is mij best friend:)

  • you rock dude.!

  • Anyone know where you can get lyrics?, this is one of my favorite songs :)

  • nice song

i like the lil background voice

  • i need to know where he took the samples from. can't find anything on the net. Please help me!

  • That sounds just like the sample they used when he was in the group "The procussions." The track was called "little people". It's apparent that's the producers style of choppin samples.

  • dude good message in the song :)

  • great song !

  • Pure Genius, listen to the words....

  • is this guy a christian?

  • yea

  • i love this song..i'm actually putting the lyrics of it on the wall in my room here soon :)

  • Uh, thats a great idéa, maybe i should do the same ;o :)

  • Do you have the Lyrics, I can't find them anywhere??

  • You just gotta listen to the song. That's how we know it has meaning..

  • does anyone else notice throughout the video he goes from barefoot to having shoes?

  • great

  • I found some more good hip hop artists that you guys should check out

Evidence (badass west coast rapper!!!) Swann, Murs (he's been around forever lol..) Jedi Mind Tricks, Blue Scholars, Theory Hazit, Blu and Exile (album of the year 07, hands domwn!!), move.meant, Macklemore, RZA, J-Live, Little Brother, The Cool Kids, The Roots, Sivion and Atmosphere ( at least his old stuff lol)

  • yeah you are right, but I do like that one song from him featuring R.A. the Rugged Man, check it out... called "uncommon valor: a vietnamn story"

It is one of the best rap verses I have ever heard as far as delivery goes, not everything else, but flow, deiivery, and how it rhymes perfectly, only those three things.

  • underground

  • Greatest song ever. It speaks to me.

  • So powerful. Man this song really has been mistering to me lately. GOD is truly using this song to bless and strengthen me. Mr J Medeiros, keep making great music man.

  • dope song

  • why isnt this on the radio? Skyzoo, J Medeiros, the Procussions, Lupe fiasco's mixtapes, Classified, Sweatshop Union, Common Market, Braille, Cunnynglynguists, ext..... THIS IS REAL HIP HOP.

  • Thats real. You've listed some real MCs there too, but I think we all know why they dont get play, mainly money and they wont sell there sole to some label who will exploit them and make shitty records with no messages in order to get rich quick.

Hopefully with more real U/G MCs the mainstream will be forced to change.

  • man, thank you so much for that comment, all those artists are sick man, cheers for opening my music pallet a little more! :)

  • wow good talent, i never seen this rappers i just saw him in miami ink program.. awesome

  • man thats a shame cause him and 2 other rappers stro "the 89th key", and rez used to have an amazing rap group called the procussions if you like this you would of lover that

but now hes got a solo album out and I heard he was working on a new one

  • The Procussions are still together. They just came out with a new album.

  • well they disbanded for a little while... but im so happy independent hip-hop lives strong even if they only have solo carriers

  • wow good talent, i never seen this rappers i just saw him in miami ink program.. awesome

  • Love this. Best artist ever. PEACE!

  • keep up the great work man

  • davvero bello....

"Cause we *will* be healed!" ... "when in the hour of questioning, just remember the flowers and how God dresses them."
