Where I live, we simply call it the King's game. It's a drinking game where every player grab a piece of paper (sticks in the vid) which have a number except one that says KING on it. The «King» will say 2 numbers and an interaction (without knowing who has which number) and the 2 people who have the mentioned number will then have to do what was said. At the end of the turn, everybody draws a piece of paper again.

Essentially there's 3 sticks (in the videos case), 2 having numbers and one having a sort of "leadership" thing, Suika had gotten it which allows her to make the other 2 do whatever she wants

You usually play this game with more people so there's more choice
