It's no problem, after all I'm not trying to bash you, I am only thinking of the dog. My mothers cat was spayed, and she got all fat and stuff too. Almost all animals gain some weight after being fixed, but some gain a lot more than others. I have a Labrador mix named Brownie, They are really smart! That's how I know Buddy here is smart.
He's really smart and well trained but he's too fat. I love Labradors but they are prone to back and hip issues and this gets so much worse if they are allowed to get too fat.

How the heck did you teach your dog that trick ?I LOVE LOVE LOVE Labs. My cousin has one identical to yours except his is a female, and she's now 1 years old. I noticed that she's matured so much in the last year. I used to think she was dumb as heck, but now, I can see that she's learning things.
labs are actually far from the easiest to train. ive always been good with animals and ive raised a few pits and thought they caught on so much faster. labs need different attention and you can't dicipline them. you have to reward them instead. pit bull you can say no and they aren't going to do it again but a lab you say no sternly and they wag and get all excited. it's a completely different experience which is why i'm here because I'm lost and my new 6 week old lab puppy is a monster. Help!!
guys i need help i have a labrador 4.5 moths old and terrier mix(short dog) 10 years old and the last few days my labrador barking and it slike is trying to make damage to my terrier do you know is this normall or out of controll?
labs are food obsessed. give them food & they will do just about anything.

IMy dog loves to eat and he is a loving dog but he is very gready, so he will try to do any thing for food

They say the reason labradors are among the easiest to train is because they're so greedy. My lab could learn piano if I had enough biscuits.
