softballs cool but volleyballs the best sport in the world...it requiers alot of skill. and i hate wen people talk shit about volleyball saying its easy. to be amazing at it you have to perfect every move and practice alot. its not as easy as it looks. and softball is a great sport but i hate the whole underhand thing.

baseball players always talk shit on softball until they try fast pitch softball themselves. there are many aspects of the game that they don't always get. the pitcher is closer to the batter, so even if the pitches tend to be slower they still get to the bat faster or at least at the same speed. and the same goes for fielding balls, the players are closer in to the batter so the ball comes at them sooner, plus the ball is huge making it more wind resistant

@MEATY561 Yea, you wouldn't be saying that if you played it. You'd probably strike out every time and if you were in the infield, well, good luck catching a line drive that's coming at your head at about 70-80 (sometimes 90) mph at just 55-60 ft. You'll probably get your teeth knocked out by these players that you call "dikes."

@christinakirk and @ridgewood12 as I understand, Softball isn't anymore in Olympics because they can't pay the players for this competition anymore. Search the article entitled "Pro softball players go to bat for league" in google (USA today) that's where I found that.
