Can you list a guesstimate the ratio grams or at least how many blocks that is around...? It would be a lot more paleo w/o the bread, cheese, and croutons ;)
You are absolutely correct, this meal could have been a whole lot more paleo, (I skipped the croutons) but sometimes you have to make allowances. I am a 20 block male, and this was the second of 2 meals I ate that day, so it was a little higher the the typical 5 block meals that I eat. I am also on a reduced carb, 5X fat ratio because I'm as lean as I want to get. the meal was about 9 blocks of PRO, 5 blocks of CHO, and 30 blocks of FAT.
