Hey guys, great effort here. For a group that's only been together for a month, this is awesome.

Constructive criticism: Mainly what I've seen a lot on the other comments. Your backup is too loud. Up your solo mics and down your chorus mics.

It sounds a little sloppy, make it sharper. (Da-da-da versus duhduhduh, you know?)

I can't stress this enough. Backup needs to come down. That's the main thing here.

I think the problem with people singing this song and then post the song on youtube is that it's always way to heavy. The background needs to sing lighter.

you guys are pretty good. You sound much better than our choir when we did it (we did the original though not the glee version) soloists have fantastic voices the choir is a little too loud for the solos though. This is absolutely fantastic for only a month of practice. We would never have been able to pull that off.

the chorus is deffinitely way too loud. You can hear that the girl solo is shouting, which makes her voice sound like shit :(

Also probably you want to get a better sound recording, since the hand held camara's directional mic probably distorted the way it actually sounded, i.e. making seem the background singers were too loud when the camara was pointing towards them

The Acapella idea is good but singing to loud for main vocal singers if the back singers are singing this loud main vocal singers should use mics to be herd then just back singers....

Female singer has a good but needs more breath control and flat in some lines and needs a little work with her her voice lad sings flat at the start :) Sorry But Have To Analise Thinks Now As Studyed Music For The Past year And Just A Really Bad Habbit And Trying To Get You To Help You Improve... Good arrangement, however, the choir is too loud in comparison with the solos. One solution is as DeerPark said, another is turning down the mikes and leaving the solo mikes as they are. Good luck!

overall pretty good! If i had to say anything i would just say DYNAMIC CONTRAST. Yes it is an epic song, but it kinda felt like you guys were kinda screaming all the time. do something with each phrase to make it different and more musical and it will improve the song a lot! good job.

as a professional sing teacher, the band needs to let off when the soloist is going on. Also, there is an off balance between soprano and bass. The bass and the middle goes constantly in and out. Overall good effort. Consider all the comments here as constructive critisism.
