i can say that i know what you are going through but you might not believe me, but please know that our Heavenly Father is there and He for sure knows what it is like to be you right now. Just ask Him to comfort you.....have faith that He will. Also, I recommend listening to He'll Carry You by Hilary Weeks.( its also on YouTube)

I'm so sorry! I know those feelings too and am battling to get back to higher ground. Reaching out like this is such a great start. Don't stop...keep reaching out. So, basically, Ijust threw out a bunch of cliches...which are all very true. But, not too helpful. What you feel is so overwhelming and so real and often, hard for others to comprehend. Where do you turn? How can it get any better? I'm still figuring that out, but I've been going to my Bishop, meeting with the Missionaries and going to a 12 step program for spiritual help. And listening to music like this again. I hope you are feeling better soon, I really do!
