Have a question: Would appreciate if you can let me know how do I apply moisturizer in Summer? (Usually when I apply moisturizer in Summer, it feels so sticky particularly when somebody touch me - not only that but I need to keep a.c. temperature low which other members of my family don't prefer. Obviously this is not the case in Winter and my skin don't feel sticky after applying moisturizer). Any suggestion appreciated.

acne is not just about not keeping your skin clean, there is more into it. never used cetaphil but any type of soap would cause more harm to the skin than good no matter how much moisture they contain. the reason is that a soap causes a pH change in the skin and your skin in order to adapt to this going to produce more oil and making the acne worse. use a cleanser instead and a pH balanced one. I used hippocrates acne treatment and it worked for me.

Cephaphil is great. Even though theres no fancy coloring and mass promoted ads, it does great. the product speaks louder than the packaging. and it's not too bad on price. a lot of boys don't keep their face clean and thats why they get acne.(this is not the case for everybody, but still) at my school, more males have acne than females.

ooh I'm try using Cetaphil. Have you tried Dr Bronners Liquid Magic Soaps? They are ace (except for the peppermint which has a cold tingling effect on the skin)... they leave your skin feeling sqeaky clean but don't dry it out, 100% natural organic etc.

If you have acne, you should wash your face with Cetaphil. It's good for all skin types. It is also non-comedogenic.

when my face is real dry i didnt put any facial wash on it due of the irritation of chemicals. Instead, i wash my face with real cold water for longer minutes and after that i'll apply the lubriderm lotion.

Very helpful, but one question on exfoliating. I use St. Ives Apricot scrub and I was wondering if it's a good idea to use that if pimples are present or should I just wait till my face is relatively cleared up?

I use apricot scrub every night and I immediately apply lotion to my face because I've heard it won't clog pores and cause pimples if your face is clean. Will lotion help pimples heal?

hey hun! with regards to your last comment, i totally get pimples! and about lotion, I dont know if it will help HEAL pimpers persay, but it helps keep moisture in! overly dry skin will cause your skin to be irritated, and produce even more oil. hope that helped!

Vitamin E is really good for scars!! You know the little capsules, cut them and put them on acne scars. It really works for me :]

I'm a girl and I have combination skin. My upper cheeks have lots of oil and acne, my lower cheeks have really dry skin, and my forehead has oil and lots of acne. Can you reccomend something? I wash my face four times a day but my face doesn't get better!! I use Neutrogena all the time and I use your steps too!! Please help me!! yikes.. i am no expert! maybe wash your face less? washing too frequently will dry out the skin, causing it to produce more oil.

okay guys! read this please if u dont want to have pimples! if u use proactive or any other pimples medicine it won't work for some peoples! try this way.. eat oranges everyday and let the sunlight touch ur face and at night after u eat.. eat apples and don't use any other medicine if u try this everyday it will work!

woohoo mens tip, most of the products recommend i cant get in UK or Europe due to the chemical restrictions. any hows i have sensitive skin (strange for guys) but i recommend dead sea soap its very nice and healing plus doesnt dry skin as for tonner i can recommend making a cucumber tonner with just cucumber choped mint in ice water a litte lemon helps tighten pores(keep it in the firdge) use it daily works wonders. i love petroleum jelly with aleo, the odd pimple asprin u suggested works great.

Just search for natural, raw shea butter online. It usually comes in a tub, and can cost around $8-$15 dollars. A little goes a long way and it lasts a long time!

Nice vid. FYI, natural, plain, unrefined Shea butter, is MUCH healthier to put on the skin than petroluem jelly (Vaseline, parrafin, etc.) Shea butter heals scars, does not clog pores, and has vitamins such as A and E, which Vaseline does not have. Also, you cannot put Vaseline near the nose, which can cause lung inflammation. It is also not good to put on pimples, because it can trap infections under the skin. Try shea butter! I think you'll love it!
