Currently - You can get this made by someone on China for $ 299 - lighter - and actually more stable in flight - yet this one probably cost the US Taxpayer $500K to produce - by this group of unnecessary "egghead" soldiers
I can also piece this together for about $ 200 in "off the shelf" parts - for about $200
And - it looked like in the video it was being controlled with IR - which would never work outside
Good luck USAF you'll find that there's to many bugs to be worked out for these drones to be effective in any kind of recon, scouting, spying, ect, they far to noisy & very easy destroy in flight. Kinda like shooting fish in a barrel.
