were you rubbing it with your finger? i couldn't tell, or was it a eraser

I used the tip of my finger the oils in skin help to blend the pencil you have to rub lightly it takes time to master but it works great. i tend to make very tight and light lines then blend them softly with this tequneque you can change how dark you want it buy the tightness of the strokes and how hard or soft you rub. hope this helps. :)

well, unless he/she was drawing on wood or another hard shiny surface then it would be kinda hard to erase with his/her finger.
