@pulpyy: Not sure, but it looks vaguely familiar to me. (I'm from the Philippines.) It looks like one of those semi-pagan "anting-anting" (amulets) local "albularyos" (witch doctors) create out of Catholic symbols. (Hard to tell, it's silhouetted against the light and the video's grainy.) Could be it, because the girl who's possessed in this scene speaks in Tagalog, a dialect from my country. (I think the actress is Filipino.)
