I believe that a fair tax should be implemented as the first step to bring gov't spending under control. Ultimately, I want to see gov't spending tied directly to the amount of money brought in via a national sales tax. I believe this would empower the American people to display their pleasure or discontentment with the way D.C. spends their money.

I don't agree with a flat tax whatsoever, why not simply get rid of the income tax and replace it with nothing? That being said, Mr. Blevins has my vote.
