Serious talk though, the beauty of this series was that it was able to blend multiple characters and multiple plot threads to such a rich, detailed and compelling morality tale of life in the city. I would remake it this way. Most of the Barksdale organisation are near the top of the list, then throw in some of the cops, some of the kids, Omar, the greeks, Nick Sobotka, and don't forget Slim Charles and Prop Joe. I think the most important characters were the ones that were in the first season, none really in the second except for the greeks, and then some from the third..
