The p stands for progressive scan as opposed to I (interlaced) and that is referring to video. 240 horizontal lines. I think sound quality is bitrate. For example I downloaded the music video to real player and it says its 524 kbps.

You are correct but most people who use video editing tools to upload songs like this forget to change the bitrate when saving their video file in the video editor of their choice. Usually there is an option in the production process to change the bit rate of the audio before you create the video. In this case the bit rate is actually quite high. I hadn't heard this song in a while come to find out it sounds good haha. Pick another song though. Find one in 240p, then one in 360p....

In some videos you can clearly hear the difference. Listen to this song by Metallica. Listen in 360p for a few seconds then switch to 240p. Clearly a difference. Usually when you upload at a high bitrate even with a still image YouTube will set the video quality at 360p to accomodate the higher quality sound. That's how you can tell the quality is better.
