@ohioiran122 phones remain luxury items costing nearly 25 times the average worker's salary, and Internet access to the outside world is prohibited. So don't go Sean Penn on me. Up until 2008 you would be put in prison for even owning a mobile phone.

@SpiritSpaceMovie Calm down I wasn't going Sean Penn on you. All I said was they have allowed it for a few years. About 1 mil N. Koreans have cell phones as of this year, and the numbers are rising. And I know not everyone can get one. Most live on $5 a day or less and most of the them are starving to death while their leaders get fat. I know they don't allow internet or else there would a uprising on how big of a joke they are to the rest of the world.
