The video is really about the illusion of choice represented by these fast food restaurants, which parallels our political system in America. You have the Wendy's, the Burger Kings, and the McDonalds, but at the end of the day they pretty much serve the same garbage -- just like our major political parties.

No one makes you live in any country. No one makes you stay alive. If the world is such a negative place (which I agree it can be at times) then why not end yours? Just that simple. The problem isn't McDonalds. They have hamburgers to salads, soups to apple pies. The problem is that people always exagerate and eat with to many sauces or to many fries.
