So whats the deal? In master quest you do the shadow temple and spirit temple before the water temple? Or is there a different way you get the hover boots, mirror shield, and bombchus?

you can actually beat the game without visiting every temple if you care and you can beat water temple like without hover boots ;)

works the same in OoT and if you're good at bomb hovering, you can do the boss key skip in OoT as well

we can do shadow early in a OoT and MQ run. search for it on youtube

this allows you to get hover boots early

That is probably because there are a bunch of noobs who type in "ZELDA WALKTHROUGH HELP" into the search bar haha. Some people don't know/care about speedruns, so they don't search for it.

that's a trick, which nearly every OoT player knows ;)

you rotate the analog stick in a cyrcle and press B. It's harder with the N64 controller than the GCN controller.

oh, and I did not use any cheats in this run ;)

you only need to get the shadow and spirit medaillon in order to get the light arrow and complete the game, becazse the game only proves for the last 2 medaillons ;)

by entering shadow temple early I was able to complete shadow and spirit before all the other temples ;)

I can't record OoT, because all roms I have for OoT and MM only work with 50frames per second instead of 60
