OMG CLASSIC - MUNKYBZ you are TOTALLY RIGHT. Happy hardcore had no skill in mixing, same bouncy tunes and ultimately led to the spinning out into house & garage that fill the now cardboard, dull, souless clubs.
A field, a DJ, dark hardcore tunes. This was the foundations, the true old school. Its the nuts. Cheers for posting mate.

This is indeed The Original Hardcore at it's best before it went all Technoy. Brings back Memory's started listening to this sort of thing in 1994 @ School and then it was massive at College in 1995. In my opinion this used to be a Jungle Killer but as I said earlier when Hardcore went Technoy most people went to Jungle and sadly so did I but not now I'm Into TRANCE & EURO DANCE and have been for many years. this is not hardcore by any maens, and i dont care what hardcore USED to be, full sized trucks USED to be the size of what dodge dakota's and chevy s-10's are now, but they are by no means full sized so no matter what things USEDF to be, it only matters what they are now :)
i think u will find this is what hardcore originally was like, before they turned it into carnival candyfloss music...it was well good back in the day, peace
Well said Whoopie. It's maybe not original hardcore, but its what it turned into before Happy Hardcore. I don't want to upset anyone but in my opinion Happy Hardcore is too fast a wee bit too cheesy. I'm partical to a bit of cheese in my music but not constantly.
