Everybody be nice!!! I remember when I first started learning rails and how hard it was! Alright first u need to be able to ollie about 6 inches for that rail, once you have those down work on doing frontside 180's. After that just practice coming parallel or at a slight angle and ollieing onto it. To get on you have to Ollie and turn like a fs 180. The rest is easy, you just keep your knees sligtly bent and turn off at the end. Then try learning them to fakie(a very fun trick in my opinion).

Alright, I'll help you out. Most people are making fun of you. Get your front side 180's down, you won't need to go 180 degrees, but 90 is what you need. Don't lift the nose up, ollie 90 degrees onto it. Not only will you get on, you will have more balance.
