They are Human Beings not from this particular planet.

By their standards, a full Human utilizes 100% of the brain.

@Advenactus It's not the 10% of physical brain but they refer to the potential to use the brain. Certain parts of the brain can be cut out and people still retain their memories and are able to function.

Some reptiles have had over half of their brain removed or damaged and they still function as normal.

If everything we know is only 10 percent potential, then I consider "miraculous healing", levitation, telepathy, etc as part of the other 90 percent.
