r the 4th and 5th string hammer ons and pull offs also on second and 4th fret? 4 my guitar it doesnt rly sound like it

if your talking about the runs in the beginning then yes those are hammer-ons and pull-offs, if your playing them slower they may sound different than if your playing it full speed. Or your guitar might be out of tune :p
