@drnespor i am a victim of internet porn. my porn addicted partner preferred sex chat with bad women instead of being with me. he had sex chat with prostitutes behind my back, when i was just in the other room. I got nervous break downs when i once popped into his mail box full of sex chat requests which were waiting to be approved by him. he told me these were sent by a computer! All in all, he lost all his good sense and lied to me on a daily basis. porn is very destructive. thanks to u!

@drnespor but if u just say karma, it means u are approving it, i do not agree, it has afflicted my life greatly. i am a spiritual person but went down very deep in order to help him. the thing about karma is a bad excuse. then if someone kills another u can also come up with karma. to say karma means either u dont want to hear more or u give up. i dont want any compassion but i just shared my pain with u, and i think many women who are with such addicted men could tell the same.

I started watching pornography since I was 10. It has effected me in every way. I am now 14 and still watching it for atleast 10 minutes every session. IT usally happens every 4 hours +.. It is overwhelming and I give in. It is a cycle .. Thought, Fear/Avoidance/ Give in / Guilt / Then SWEARING to GOD I will never do it again. It has destroyed me and I have proven my self I am a liar. @bodycountb Just make a decision that it's not YOUR fantasy style. Find a beautiful image in your own mind to replace the vulgarity with. It's your choice, just reject it, don't allow it into your brain, it's beneath you really. Beauty/ attractiveness with love is the best arouser, and leaves you feeling good about yourself and women. You're very young, God understands that posion has been placed before you, it shouldn't have been, 40 years ago, u wouldn't even have been tempted. Turn away. @

Ever since I was 12, I have been watching porn. I am now 16 and I watch maybe 40-50 minutes of porn. That may not seem like much, but think about it. It's 40-50 minutes of something I could have done instead of watching fake sex. I hate watching porn, hate it with a passion yet I still go to it. I would also 'bate to it afterwards and after that, I feel like shit and hate myself for doing it. I want to quit watching porn forever and work on my social awkwardness and body. Thanks for this video.
