  • @cortmeister262 Your service is qualified, but your theology is nothing but hatred. Yes, I will stalk you on youtube, only because you decided to block what could be a good debate only because you think your lower intelligence is greater. Be prepared, this won't stop until you let the people who view your videos see how you know nothing.

  • Just knowing everything you have me, I feel the need to say that you have strength most people don't. Great vid. <3

  • @mconn2112 Just knowing everything you have told me....sorry. ;-)

  • @mconn2112 xoxoxo <3

  • Check out several chiropractors - they are like any profession - some are better than others.

  • Acupuncture can do a lot for sciatica, my father had it and it worked for him...

  • If your going to get chiropractor, get a good one. You can be seriously injured by someone who doesn't know what they're doing. I've had spinal meningitis and what have you, never slowed me down.

  • I had to have surgery... disc lodged in my spinal canal... totally messed up for months... I had no choice... it's been 15 years since.... no pain...

chiropractors didn't work for me... nothing worked... not even drugs...

  • @caretakerless yeah :( sometimes surgery is the only option.....im so happy tho that it went well for u, and no more pain :)

  • I hope I'll be in Yellowstone Labor day camping...I love it there !

    Hope you had fun !

  • I tried everything including chiro which was very good but I had no choice but to have surgery cuz the neuro-surgeon in Detroit (he's the best) told me I had the biggest ruptured disk he had ever seen. I had it so long waiting for health ins. that it was so irritated, it took 7 mos. after my surg. for the nerve to settle down. There is no pain med to help nerve pain. I've had to have 2 more surg. Tried the roller bed...made it worse. Chiro would definitely be my 1st treatment to try for it.

  • Many days i could barely walk, improving my state of conciousness made a difference. I noticed being happy and walking reenforce each other. In a wheelchair in my 30s taught a humility simple poverty could not accomplish. Some , like me are slower to learn.

  • chiro for FOUR YEARS. that says it all. id like to help, both you and cortmeister262. I suggest you both see a N.U.C.C.A chiropractor. They are specialists and VERY good at what they do. I have been in 14 car accidents, thrown from 3 cars, and raced my entire life. So i understand bad personal situations when it comes to neck, back and overall body pain. nucca chiro is one of the few that can get rid of sciatica entirely. Regular chiro literally will ruin you and your body.

  • gotta tell ya, Chiropractic is a Godsend. I stopped getting my "frequent" headaches. And I felt so much better, and continue to feel better. Most people have no idea that when thier spine is outta kilter, it creates all kinds of heath problems, and when all the pressure is taken off the central nerve in the spine...you can literally feel a cool rush come over you.

  • I've been doing a lot of camping, too. Wow, you are so knowledgeable about this subject. And it's so good to hear you're healthy enough to go camping now! LOVE YA SISTER!

  • @bundangbear love you back ;)

  • Same problem here. Leg lifts, abdominal strengthening, top notch matress (and pillow), ergonomically designed office char. Pain free for over 10 years

  • @nanabijou62 yes. i started doing pilates, on a rebounder machine like dancers do....and it helps tons!

  • I use to sleep in a tent. I couldn't do it anymore with back pain. We got a tent trailer so I could still go camping. I have Sciatic nerve problems. I have 5 discs that are screwed up in my lower back. which caused bone crunching together My pain only happens when I am sitting. My doctor told me never to see a chiropractor. when I stand up I am stuck hunched over. And yes I have been in the position where I had to crawl to the bathroom and yes I wanted to die.

  • @theatheistgal I have a temperpedic bed My doctor told me to get it the expense is crazy. I have a 2 birth defect that caused all this. One is a bone in my back is squared off and caused the domino effect of discs to just compress and grind away. The second is one leg is a little bit longer than the other. This all didnt really hurt at all until I turned 30. I was more active then now I am only allowed certain types of exercise no impact sports, running, weights etc.

  • @theatheistgal we have so much in common girl.....its freaky! man....sorry about your back. yeah most MD's wont tell you about chiropractic care options....a DO would. but....you know, most would rather fix pain thru meds and surgery. its where the moneys at.

  • @jakluk4 Pain meds. wont take them because they make me feel funny like I am not in my head..lol They gave me celebrex for a while that helped for 2 months. For me there isnt any good days. It takes me an hour to start moving around after sleeping.

  • My wife has a problem in this area as well. Thanks for the info. Maybe she can use it.

  • @rationalwarrior wish her well for me, ok? *hugs*

  • I've been dealing with sciatica since mid-march, to say it's been a pain in the ass is an understatement.

I'm not sure what part I have "enjoyed" the most, the constant naging pain in the back of my thigh or the occasional sharp searing pain that starts in the small of my back and goes shooting out my ass...ahh, good times :-(

  • @AbdultheImpailler yes, it is literally a pain in the ass, isnt it? im so sorry youre goin thru it......it is indescribable isnt it?

  • @jakluk4 My doctor told me the pain level is probably the closest a man can feel compared to child birth, I don't know how accurate that is but I do know this, if the pain is similar to anal sex I can honestly understand why anyone would say no to it...ouch!!!

  • Cortmeister is a good guy. I've been following him for a while. listening to hear you speak of your pain is painful. I feel your pain.

  • @LouieArrighi xoxoxox

  • I shattered my right femur at the hip and damaged the nerve that runs down next to the femoral artery. I take gabapentin (generic Neurontin) and it helps a lot.

  • @Smarterthanyouarable fuckin hell Allen :( *hugs*

  • @jakluk4 7 days sober and I feel great! Should have done this a long time ago.

  • @Smarterthanyouarable WOW! i am so very proud of you sweetie!

  • @Smarterthanyouarable : good for you !

  • Ive talked to notluckyinlife about my back. It took a toll on my mind since I used to be athletic when I was younger. Ithink it was a result of a bad car wreck when I was 7. we rolled down a mountain in the back of a box truck filled with dirt bikes and tools. It seems every dr tells me something different. from hip replacement to wheelchair..Im 5 months pregnant right now and kinda nervous..Im so glad u made this vid!

  • @2boddah xoxox

  • Very good vid. Hooray for back crackers....

  • You sound like you're an awesome mum to have, especially considering the pain you've been through.

  • @draac1 awe, thats very sweet of you....thank you :)

  • I hope you have a good weekend with your kids.

  • lol@sunny-side up : D

    Sounded fuckin painful though. Hoo-up.

  • everyday of my life.... chiropractic care has provided brief relief. good for you jakluk... have fun:))

  • I had this severely in 2009, I had a caudal epidural (needle in spine) which really helped, then a lumbar microdiscectomey which fixed it permanently (fingers crossed). Do not be afraid of surgeons or needles. They are do this kind of thing every day. :-)

You are very brave to have another child after having this problem (surely more scary than surgery!!). Glad to hear the chiropractic care helped.

  • Thank you for sharing as I too deal with this every day. I try not to take anything but sometimes the pain is so great I would be willing for the doctors to cut my spinal cord so I don't feel a thing from the waist down. It sure wipes a person out. I hope you continue to do well. My case is a bit different due to cause. Messed up surgery by incompetents.

  • Caw, caw!

  • @tenebroust i know, right? lol

  • I've had terrible sciatica 6 months ago, I found physiotherapy the only thing that worked, also worth investing in a ice/heat belt, 20 mins of heat on the lower back every few hours then when it improves 10 mins of ice every few hours.

    Enjoy your camping adventure :D

  • @EvilBproductions yes, the hot/cold therapy really works! sorry u had to go thru that :(

  • Before you get any needles or surgery Please Consider HOT YOGA Brikram specifically. You can Heal Shattered knees. Bone on Bone issues, as well as other irreversible physical condtions. I have been practicing for 4 months, it's amazing. It done in a Hot room 105 degrees with 80 % humidity. Jak, you should try it too..see it on YT Bikram Choudhury ...testimonials, it's all over YT :)

  • @CosmicDramaQueen wow! i will have to look into that!!!!! xoxox

  • I've had that wish when I had really bad migraines. I'm on preventative stuff now but back then it was bad. I couldn't imagine what you had to deal with, maybe the back leg thing would help? I saw it on tv, it like moves your lower legs around when your laying on the floor it claims to help. XD

  • I have a herniated disc which blows up into sciatica every now and then. I found the only thing that helped was a double-dose of extra-strength Advil to knock down the inflammation causing the irritation around the sciatic nerve. I had one sciatic episode that lasted about two months. It's very debilitating. Once I got that knocked down, my physiotherapist gave me abdominal exercises to do and my herniated disc (and the sciatica) hasn't bothered me since. I don't trust chiropractors.

  • I live with it every day

  • oh back pain i can do a million videos on it

  • I've had that problem a few times also Lil' Bit. I just work it out baby!

Hey! Watch-out for all of them outdoor creatures : )

  • have fun with the boys!!!
