Hit them with quick slashes and run away. Pretty much, attack and dodge.

The Twin swords RAPE this battle so hard. I used them then I used art of the fire wheels and i killed this boss in less than 30 seconds

Hey, I was wondering what determines how long it takes to charge an ultimate technique. Sometimes its instant but sometimes it takes much longer. Any help?

I'll tell you the basics. If there are essences in the vicinity *yellow, red, or blue orbs*, holding triangle to charge your attack will bring them towards you. Charging your attack with those essences allow you to automatically skip to the first level or second level of your ultimate technique (there's only 2 levels).

wow, the twin swords really makes it easy. Back in NGB this fight was fairly difficult as none of the weapons can OHKO them with a UT.

Damn it! I really wish I'd watched this before I fought Hydracubus (I'm playing through Black on very hard). I had no idea the Lunar did that much damage, as I always use Dragon Sword UTs.

It does even much more damage if you activate the art of fire wheel before doing the UT.

I have to skip them since it will add to my end of chapter time. The end of chapter time is worth 100k if you make it and if you miss it, it's a lot of points.

Hydracubus has a Grapple Attack but rarely uses it.

You can still get it anytime though. It's just that the earliest you can obtain it is in Chapter 4.

It's by the Healing Machine near Han's Bar in Chapter 4. It's suppose to be a X-Box machine but it's changed for Sigma.

You can cancel out of that attack with dragon sword. (the one where he charges in the air. Forgot its name).

Flying Swallow I presume. It's not really good to spam them on the regular enemies since they can easily dodge it xD.
