Eh, they put their gang signs EVERYWHERE these days. At least with a game like this, you can USE YOUR OWN CREATIVITY and construct the levels as you would like, not THEM! It's sort of like Lego blocks, and that is always a good thing :)
BTW: Every child should be instructed on the meaning of these signs and symbols so that they can spot them (and not be under the influence of such through ignorant complacency).
