it's not telekenisis, "psi wheels" are moved by the heat coming out of your hand making the air rise and that lifts the "psi wheel" making it turn

yeah, i was looking back on this and it does look like air, but she's been practicing and her hands aren't right near the paper anymore. she keeps her arms outstretched now.

i am not a skeptic, but the movements of the hands do give a good margin for air movements made by the hands themselves. if you notice in the first moments of the video, the psiwheel does oscilate the way the hands move. try to isolate the possible air made by the hands. watch my video for example. my hands don't move except when i want to take them away to stop the psiwheel, and put back to make it turn again.
