if you get a security reason on limewire just drag the file to your desktop or in any folder and double click on it it will run.

No, i dont have a download link for that sorry.

try limewire or torrent ( Torrent is safe, use isohunt for the torrent files ( its fast ! ) and Utorrent to download )) <--- with these 2 you can download 2GB in like 2 hours and flash isn't that big its around 700-800MB
