I want this technology on android phones now.. Capacitive screens is silly.. Fragile stupid crap.. I hope motorola will manufacture the next defy phone with this technology, maybe with screws for fast and easy replacement of rigid plastic screen overlay, 4.3-4.7inch shock resistant amoled under the replaceable protection layer would be nice.. It would be the perfect smartphone/outdoors gps.. Especially if they made it filled with nitrogen like outdoors gps.. No condensation issues..
It's sucks using your finger on a resistive touch screen. Capacitive styluses suck for signature capture. I am a courier and this technology would be perfect on a multipurpose mobile device that is also used to capture signatures. I want to buy it now.
