Like my gwhat my girlfriend said. When I listen to this song and watch the lyrics, it gives me power to go on with everyday work. School and all that. When I just feel tired nad think "I can't take this anymore, I'm too tired" then I listen to this song. Then I think "No, I won't give up now. I'll do it to the end and reward myself afterwards for a hard work" Like we had to make and event days ago, it was very hard sometimes. But we were so near the end, so we fought and didn't give in.

Eesh. I dearly hope the rest of the album isn't as underwhelming as this. The Varangian Way was an absolute masterpiece, but this? Doesn't hold a candle to that quality. Either way, Varangian Way will remain one of my favorite albums from any band, ever, I just hope Stand Up and Fight has more to offer than its title track gives us.
