I am an employee of the RCMP, not a police officer but a public servant but i have heard alot of stories from log time service members and the thing with the taser is that instead of filling the ''crook'' with a 9mm bullet to the chest or head the taser was made to subdue the suspect without killing the guy, 1 person died from taser shots and i don't know much more about the incident then you all do but i am pretty sure that if the suspect had complied all would have been fine.

I am an employee of the RCMP, not a police officer but a public servant but i have heard alot of stories from log time service members and the thing with the taser is that instead of filling the ''crook'' with a 9mm bullet to the chest or head the taser was made to subdue the suspect without killing the guy, 1 person died from taser shots and i don't know much more about the incident then you all do but i am pretty sure that if the suspect had complied all would have been fine.

Even when police officers use tasers, they are supposed to have a second officer covering the suspect with a handgun in case the taser is ineffective. Take your pick; bullets or taser. I'd go with the taser. Bullets are fatal to everybody.
Furthermore, I don't believe it qualifies as murder if a police officer subdues a resistant suspect with a taser in the line of duty.

It is obvious that either the RCMP didn't follow proceedure in this case or they did follow proceedure and the proceedure itself is flawed. It is easy to become complacent and self assured when you are in a group and you wear a uniform. I hope the problems are quickly identified and corrected.

That's why most people hate cops. They don't care that we're beign nice. We try are very best to be patient and care, but when some cunt is yelling at you because she's late and that's why she was going 160 in a 70 zone, and how your a child molesting murderer who fucks animals in his spare time. It gets anoying, but you don't see cops pull people over and then start screaming that they are doing something. We ask nicely and calmly for liscences, we hurry it up and keep our tempers.

alot of semi autos can be converted to full auto very easily, even easier if you want to order parts from the US or if your in a real hurry your best off to make them yourself or a buy tac trigger , and high compacity mags can still be obtained at gun shows (drill the punch marks out of leagal mags and extend the spring) even shitty old .22 semis can be made auto with a piece of wooden matchstick that will last 2 30 shot clips .

I am a cop. You'd be amazed how pissed off people get when you bust them. They bitch and swear as though it was our fault they broke the law. Especialy drivers. Pull them over for speeding, and all you get is "Jackass! I was only 15 miles over the speed limit! That's basicaly allowed!". Pull them over for trafic violations, all you get is " Oh my god, the light just turned red! No one was moving! Its basicaly allowed!" or "I know it's a handicap parking, but i realy don't want to walk, you ass!"

Never knew there could be such rivalry between firemen and policemen. In my eyes you're all heroes whether you're a police officer, firefighter, or soldier. whether you pull people out of burning buildings or protect people from dangerous people, or go to a far off country to fight a war. You are all heroes, A heroes a hero nothing more and nothing less you're all equal because you all protect the public.
