Surefire G2 Torch

I own a surefire g2 2008 technology. They are nice but a comparison Smith and Wesson elite 2 AA single led 100 lumen/ much brighter then advertised lumens.IT is much brighter then a g2 close up or thowing the beam. Infact tested the Smith and Wesson elite single led against another Streamlight Strion small head 160 lumen. The Streamlight throws a little more but a beam comparision is close. For 29 bucks at academy not bad. Sure fire needs to come up with a 200 lumen g2. At a decent price.

my buddy's in law enforcement and gave me one of these since he was issued one and found two!Awesome light!I just got an E2D LED and its so much brighter but this light is awesome as well!Worth every penny!

the maglite beam wasnt as concentrated and they shoulda used a led maglite they rock

if the madlite was led then it would be brighter my maglite 2xaa is brighter i held a g2 today it was ncie but i can get 2 minimad leds and some accesories for that price

i had it collecting dust for all this time.

need to buy batteries.

Actually, here in the US the 4D Maglite is about $18 and the G2 is $36 on surefire's website. So the mag isn't even half the price, let alone one tenth.

well much brighter than torches that are a tenth of the price you shudda said
